Syncopate creates and produces interactive team building workshops for executives of small and large corporations such as Google, Yahoo! and Weber Shandwick. Based using the universal language of music, Syncopate provides an innovative and highly creative platform of music for individuals and teams to explore their working dynamics, improve communication and learn new skills. Syncopate is headquartered in San Francisco, CA but offers programs nationwide.
Boosting motivation, morale and team work
Our music based approach enables participants to move past superficial issues that often confound communication among team members, and focus on building great teams. In fact, conflict is typically a predecessor to true communication; often, it prevents honest dialogues from ever occurring. With the Syncopate approach, the immediacy of music means that communications begin at the point of interaction, rather than at the point of conflict.
The results are that team participants quickly see the benefits of direct, open communication. Conflict is bypassed or negotiated through quickly, execution is accelerated, and lasting improvements in morale and esprit de corps are realized.
