Our core simulation challenges one or many teams to develop a new musical composition using digital music technology. Working in small groups, team members assume defined functional roles such as producer, composer, project manager, and marketing manager. They select a genre, develop a brand and product, and bring their product to a market of their peers. An optional module teaches individuals DJ skills and provides an opportunity for each group to perform their original song.

No musical experience is necessary! But music acts as a universal language that unites each team. Immersed in the tasks of creating music, participants gain valuable insights into leadership, collaboration, trust, and synergy.

After a facilitated ice-breaker teams take the helm of their own mobile recording studio and collaborate to develop their team’s brand identity.     Teams define their "sound" by composing an original remix of a popular song (ie. Michael Jackson's Billy Jean) using templates preconfigured in our software (very user friendly).     Each team DJs and performs their team’s song for the audience (their peers).     We facilitate and debrief the experience and learnings from the exercise.     Teams will collaboratively communicate, innovate, problem solve, motivate, take risks and ultimately agree upon the perfect product – their team song.
